We may be on our own, we may not want to burden others, or we may be mindful of keeping things together for others at home and work. We don’t need counselling, we don’t need a coaching programme…we just need to talk.
Talking Spaces © is a coaching space for anyone who wants to talk and can form part of your organisation’s wellbeing support for your people.

Talking is good for us… good for those around us… and good for the organisations we work for.
Talking is good for us as it enables us to recognise and acknowledge our situation, manage our emotions, and move forward with proactive choices and actions. Not talking and suppressing our stresses is not good for us as it leads to reactive actions, both at work and home, and can store up problems for later.
Talking is particularly important at this time of great change where how we work, live and laugh all seem to be changing on a daily basis.
Through Talking Spaces©, we offer a safe and confidential virtual place for anyone who wants and needs to talk.
A Talking Space session is 50 minutes either online (via Skype or Zoom) or by phone call. It is a private, and confidential coaching space tailored to the individual’s needs. It is not counselling or therapy.
