When working one to one with me you have a dedicated, private and confidential space to reflect and work on your practice; allowing you to go deeper and spend time on the areas of focus that are important for you and your clients.
When we have our initial exploration about your supervision, we will talk through how we would work together, what you are looking for from supervision and what is involved. As a guide, one to one sessions are usually around 1.5 hours and can be in person, online or by phone.
The frequency of your supervision depends on your practice and the requirements of your accrediting body. However, I don’t believe supervision should just be considered in the context of volume of coaching, as a supervisory need can arise at any time. Supervisees should always feel they can set up a session at any time if they need to talk through an issue that may be impacting their coaching and their client.
If you are looking for a regular supervisory relationship, I ask to meet with you at least quarterly. This way we can build a professional relationship that allows for ongoing and tailored support for you, deepening and broadening your personal development and the growth of your practice. Please note this is also necessary if you would like me to complete your supervisor’s statement on any accreditation applications and renewals.
Adhoc supervision
If you are looking for a one-off supervision session please contact me. I am always happy to support coaches in the way they need in that moment.
