Here personal growth and development is through deeper reflection together with tailored self-directed learning. These approaches are an integral part of our programmes, creating space for leaders to reflect, think, create and grow.
Maximising Your Impact – an example bespoke programme
One of our programmes, Maximising Your Impact (MYI), is a good example of our bespoke programmes. The MYI programme was designed to support a client in developing a new culture whilst addressing current leadership challenges. This 9 month development programme consists of a series of workshops, coaching and buddy coaching, 360° feedback and reflective practice. Through this approach we created a space to enable leaders to reflect, develop and grow.
