We work with senior staff offering bespoke 1:1 programmes, as well as offering wider support for your people through workshops and group coaching.
Facing unexpected career changes can be a challenging time for anyone, but it can be particularly challenging for leaders as they continue to lead their teams and organisations whilst also managing the impact of transition on them personally.
Working with a dedicated coach enables senior managers to make personal time to manage the impact on themselves, giving them the space to be able to continue to lead effectively whilst in transition.
Our bespoke 1:1 support recognises that everyone will be in a different place and that each person’s requirements are unique to them. It provides a private, confidential and supportive space for individuals to reflect, think through and work on their next career move, and focus on what they need to do to move forward to wherever that may be – their next role, a change in direction or something altogether different.

Group coaching offers people a supportive, proactive and confidence enhancing space where they can talk through the impact of redundancy or redeployment and move forward. Many people can experience a feeling of loss of control and group coaching, together with the career transition workshop, can start to give this control back to them.
Bringing people together in groups of no more than 8 gives everyone a shared experience, whilst also providing an opportunity to be supported by others, offering support, to see things from a different perspective, as well as share and learn new ideas, hints and tips for securing their next role.
