I am an Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor who also paints and, as I have developed and grown as a coach, the more I have been drawn to combining my passion for creating with my passion for coaching. Now I also run ART in Coaching (www.artincoaching.co.uk) where I share my research and practice around art based coaching, as well as run workshops for coaches who want to incorporate art into their own practice. When I have time away from my practice, I like nothing more than being in my studio or outside in the countryside where I live, making time to paint and draw, or to just be.
More formerly, I trained with Henley Business School, I am an accredited APECS Master Executive Coach and a qualified Coach Supervisor. I work with clients from a variety of different sectors, most of whom are leaders or are developing to be leaders. The area I most enjoy is creating those behavioural transformational shifts that bring my coachees the success they are looking for. Art can play an invaluable role in achieving this. If you would like to know more about my coaching approach please go to the Élan Coaches page.
I set up Élan at the end of 2006 and launched on 1st January 2007. It was an exciting time and I haven’t looked back. It was a great leap of faith leaving main stream employment setting up my own coaching business. If you would like to know more about how I ended up setting up my practice read My Personal Story .
I also thoroughly enjoy my supervision work. It is a great privilege to support coaches in developing and growing their practice. Art sneaks in here too as it is a great way to unpick those conundrums and make visible the hidden processes and dynamics in our work.
